When we engage a new client, we offer a no-charge review that includes:

• (ii) interviews with senior management for a detailed understanding of the short and long-term objectives of the business
• (iii) meetings with the client's existing corporate, IP, and HR counsel, if any

Our objective is to get up to speed on the client's legal needs without cost to the client so that we can thereafter provide cost-efficient, informed legal services.

Outsourced General Counsel Services

In any established business, the in-house legal function serves as the focal point for managing corporate, transactional, litigation, regulatory and compliance matters.

For startups and emerging companies, the legal requirements are not typically as broad-based, but the need for management of the legal function cannot be ignored, especially for organizations striving for an acquisition or IPO.

In-house Legal Support Services

Having been in-house legal counsel, we understand the time pressures faced by in-house attorneys and the organizational coordination required to do deals right. And we readily understand the need of in-house counsel to have available transaction support without paying a huge legal bill.

Our in-house transaction support services provide coordinated, cost-efficient transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation.

We also provide assistance with special projects, such as providing in-house functions for litigation and mergers and acquisitions. When companies find themselves in these situations, often working with large firms, the cost of outside counsel and their paralegals can be overwhelming and the internal administrative requirements burdensome. We bring hands-on management in these situations, providing efficient communication between company counsel, company executives and outside counsel at rates much less than big law firms.
