We tailor our services to meet your unique legal needs, whether for contract drafting and negotiating or for more involved management of the legal function.
Our services include regular presentations on areas of particular interest to the client, such as reviews of advertising law requirements, open source management, and license structures.
When we engage a new client, we offer a no-charge review that includes:
- examination of the client's corporate history, form agreements, and material contracts
- interviews with senior management for a detailed understanding of the short and long-term objectives of the business
- meetings with the client's existing corporate, IP, and HR counsel, if any
Our objective is to get up to speed on the client's legal needs without cost to the client so that we can thereafter provide cost-efficient, informed legal services.
We work either at the client's offices or in our offices in Menlo Park, California, as determined by the client.
